Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Operation Manager, based in New Delhi. The Branch Operation Manager will oversee end-to-end branch operations, ensuring seamless execution of processes and adherence to compliance standards. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day branch activities, implementing operational strategies to support business growth, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and leading the branch team to meet and exceed performance goals. The role also involves working closely with other departments to optimize processes and support in achieving organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of branch operations, process management, and compliance regulations
  • Leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff
  • Proficiency in customer service excellence and relationship management
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and decision-making expertise
  • Proven organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage daily operations efficiently
  • Proficiency in business software and tools, as well as familiarity with financial services operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
  • Prior experience in a managerial or operational role within the financial services or loan industry is highly desirable
