We're Hiring a Branch Manager – (Okhla, New Delhi)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
Branch Manager
to lead our DSA branch operations. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in sales & operations within Personal Loans / Business Loans / Secured Loans, and previous experience working in a Loan DSA, FinTech, NBFC, or Bank partner channel. The Branch Manager will be responsible for end-to-end branch performance, growth, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management
- Drive sales of all loan products (PL/BL/other) and ensure monthly targets are met and exceeded.
- Build, manage, and optimize lead sources—including digital, on-ground activities, channel partners, and tele-calling.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase loan disbursals and customer base.
- Monitor funnel performance (Lead → login → sanction → disbursement).
Operations & Process Control
- Oversee the entire loan process cycle from sourcing to disbursal.
- Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and timely coordination with banking/NBFC partners.
- Maintain strong TAT (Turnaround Time) and service quality.
- Resolve operational or partner-related issues proactively.
P&L & Business Performance
- Own the branch P&L with responsibility for revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Track key business KPIs and implement corrective actions when required.
- Identify areas for cost optimization and process improvement.
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor the sales and operations team, including TLs, sales executives, and tele-callers.
- Conduct regular training and performance reviews.
- Build a positive, high-performance culture focused on targets and service excellence.
Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with partner banks and NBFCs to ensure better approvals and higher disbursal ratios.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of daily activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Loan DSA, FinTech, NBFC, or Bank loan vertical.
- Graduation required; MBA in Finance/Marketing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP, or other retail loan products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in handling branch operations, compliance, and documentation.
- Good understanding of P&L management and branch profitability.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
