Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager based in New Delhi. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve branch targets, identifying potential business opportunities, and cultivating relationships with clients. They will oversee daily branch operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth. The role also includes training and mentoring team members to enhance performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Team Management
- Strong Relationship Building, Client Management, and Negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Analyzing Market Trends and Strategic Planning
- Exceptional Communication, Leadership, and Decision-Making capabilities
- Working knowledge of financial products and services, particularly lending in MSMEs, is highly preferred
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and demonstrate adaptability to dynamic business environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; postgraduate degree is a plus
