Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India for a Branch Sales Manager. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage and drive sales growth, track performance targets, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading and coaching the sales team, developing sales plans, and engaging with clients to provide financial solutions tailored to their needs. The manager must also maintain compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales management, customer relationship management, and business development
  • Strong leadership, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities are required
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in financial products and services
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the financial services industry is beneficial
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Result-oriented with a strong emphasis on achieving targets
