Role Description

  • Develop, implement, and manage internal SOPs
    to improve efficiency and consistency across departments.
  • Act as the point of contact to clients for escalations and operational problem-solving.
  • Oversee resource allocation, scheduling, and project timelines to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Manage and optimize reporting structures for internal teams and external client updates
    .
  • Coordinate with department heads
    (creative, strategy, accounts, digital) to track progress and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Drive operational excellence
    by analyzing performance metrics and suggesting improvements.
  • Ensure smooth client onboarding, workflow management, and compliance with contracts/SLAs.
  • Support leadership in budget planning, vendor management, and operational forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in
    tools like Google Workspace, MS Offic
    e, project management software (Asana/Trello/ClickUp, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to design and monitor KPIs & reporting dashboards.
  • Problem-solving approach with attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
