We're a forward-thinking advertising team looking for strategic Ops manager with creative ideas, zeal to learn and an excellent eye for detail.
Role Description
- Develop, implement, and manage internal SOPs
to improve efficiency and consistency across departments. - Act as the point of contact to clients for escalations and operational problem-solving.
- Oversee resource allocation, scheduling, and project timelines to ensure deliverables are met.
- Manage and optimize reporting structures for internal teams and external client updates
. - Coordinate with department heads
(creative, strategy, accounts, digital) to track progress and resolve bottlenecks. - Drive operational excellence
by analyzing performance metrics and suggesting improvements. - Ensure smooth client onboarding, workflow management, and compliance with contracts/SLAs.
- Support leadership in budget planning, vendor management, and operational forecasting.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in
tools like Google Workspace, MS Offic
e, project management software (Asana/Trello/ClickUp, etc.). - Analytical mindset with the ability to design and monitor KPIs & reporting dashboards.
- Problem-solving approach with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
