** Job Title:** Relationship Manager

** Location:** Delhi

** Salary:** ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

** Minimum Qualification:**

Graduate (Preferably in Commerce or Business Stream)


** Role Overview:**

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated **Relationship Manager** to build and maintain strong relationships with business owners. The ideal candidate will consult clients on business automation solutions and recommend suitable software products. (Complete training will be provided.)


** Key Responsibilities:**

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with business owners.

* Visit clients regularly to understand their business requirements.

* Provide consultations on business automation and process improvement.

* Recommend appropriate software solutions based on client needs.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely support.

* Maintain accurate records of meetings, feedback, and follow-ups.


** Required Skills & Attributes:**

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong understanding of business operations (especially for SMEs).

* Ability to explain technical concepts in simple business terms.

* Self-driven, confident, and willing to travel within Delhi.

* Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with Tally solutions is a plus.


** Training & Support:**

Comprehensive training will be provided on business automation and software solutions before client interaction.
