Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager based in Delhi, India. The Client Relationship Manager will oversee client interactions, address inquiries and concerns, and ensure satisfaction. Key responsibilities include maintaining long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities for service enhancement, managing customer onboarding processes, and coordinating with the internal team to provide exceptional experiences. The role also involves analyzing client feedback and suggesting improvements to continuously improve service delivery.
