₹50,000-₹60,000 per month.

Job Description:

The company is looking for a dynamic Client Relationship Manager (Female) with 5-8 years of experience in client servicing, product analysis, and beauty industry account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, both existing and new, providing excellent client servicing and maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Understand, analyze, and communicate product features, benefits, and applications across skincare, hair care, lip care lines.
  • Conduct product training and demos (internal teams / clients as needed), handle product issue resolution, ensure prompt escalation of complaints.
  • Collect, interpret customer feedback and market insights; relay actionable product improvement suggestions to R&D & Marketing departments.
  • Monitor client metrics (retention, repeat orders, satisfaction scores), prepare regular reports / dashboards.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations & quality assurance teams to ensure order fulfillment, product quality, delivery timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, salons, retail partners, influencers, and retailers in beauty & personal care space.

Requirements / Skills:

  • Proven 5-8 years' experience in client relationship / account management in beauty, cosmetic, skincare or personal care industry.
  • Strong product knowledge, analytical skills, excellent communication (verbal & written).
  • Good at problem solving, conflict resolution, and maintaining client delight.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools (Excel/MIS), CRM systems.
  • Presentable personality, customer-centric mindset, ability to travel locally as needed.
