Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager based in New Delhi. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the visa application process. Daily tasks include handling client inquiries, preparing and processing visa applications, coordinating with legal and immigration professionals, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of immigration regulations and policies.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Communication skills
  • Experience in preparing and processing visa applications and related documentation
  • Prefer experience in immigration field
  • Knowledge of immigration regulations and policies for various countries
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in visa consultancy or immigration services is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
