Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve Customer Queries on time by providing an adequate solution.
- Understand customers' problems and help in resolving those problems.
- Analyzing data for problems and potential solutions.
- Conducting Root Cause Analysis of Customer Queries and coming up with solutions to resolve repetitive issues.
- Providing Email and Chat Support.
- Coordinating with Customer Requirements.
- Performing quality assurance controls on products.
- Prepare reports and metrics for measuring customer support success.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Basics of CRM tools, MySQL, and HTML
- B.E or Any degree
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Data analysis skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Excellent Research Aptitude and Interpersonal Skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500, ₹700,000.00 per year
