As a **Customer Support Associate**, you will be the first point of contact for customers using **Bridge**. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with troubleshooting issues, verifying processes, and providing on-ground support when required. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and a customer-first mindset.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Verifications**: Ensure accuracy by verifying customer details, transactions, and system configurations.
- **On-Ground Support**: Visit client locations when required to assist with hardware/software setup and issue resolution.
- **Customer Training**: Educate customers on best practices, system usage, and new feature rollouts.
- **Issue Escalation**: Identify and escalate complex technical issues to the relevant internal teams.
- **Documentation**: Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and recurring issues for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in SaaS, tech, or hospitality sectors.
- **Skills**:

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
- Basic technical knowledge of POS systems or SaaS platforms is a plus.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to provide on-ground support when required.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
