  • 7. Client Relationship Management Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular engagement.
  • Address concerns and provide solutions to maintain long-term partnerships.
  • 8. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with marketing, product, and finance teams to align efforts.
  • Ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives.
  • 9. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track business development metrics and report progress to leadership.
  • Adjust strategies based on performance data and feedback.
  • 10. Brand Advocacy Represent the company in public forums and promote its value proposition.
  • Help build brand awareness and credibility in the market.
