Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporates, startups, and global capability centers (GCCs).
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of clients through networking, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.
  • Meet and exceed revenue and client acquisition targets.
  • Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure timely and quality fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to enable repeat business and account growth.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategy.

Top 3 Skills Required

  1. B2B Sales & Client Acquisition Proven experience in generating and converting leads within the recruitment/staffing domain.
  2. Negotiation & Relationship Management Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build long-term client trust.
  3. Target Orientation & Revenue Ownership Ability to set, pursue, and achieve defined business goals independently.

Revenue & Performance Targets

  • Annual Revenue Target: Crore (combination of new and repeat business).
  • Quarterly Milestones: Minimum 3040 Lakhs in billed revenue per quarter.
  • Client Acquisition: 810 new client accounts per year.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 48 years of experience in business development, preferably in staffing/recruitment/HR solutions.
  • Strong understanding of industry verticals such as IT, Pharma, BFSI, or Manufacturing (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
