Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding the company's market presence.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the real estate sector
- Generate leads through networking, channel partners, site visits, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and investors
- Understand customer needs and present suitable real estate solutions
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential prospects
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams for project promotions
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and regular business reports
- Meet monthly sales and revenue targets
- Represent the company at client meetings, events, and exhibitions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Development (Real Estate preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Strong market understanding and networking ability
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented
