Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive growth. The daily tasks include market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring industry trends and providing insights to improve business performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Business development, negotiating, and client relationship management skills
- Experience in market research, proposal preparation, and strategic planning
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with logistics, fulfillment, and supply chain processes is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Should have 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Development for last mile/fulfilment/Aggregator Companies.
