We specialize in embedded system design and development within power electronics, IoT, fleet management systems, and electric vehicles (EV) in the automobile sector. Our EV products include Battery Management Systems, GPS trackers, power-train integrated systems, battery controllers, and fleet management systems. Additionally, we offer services in Enterprise IoT.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate - TRAINING OPERATIONS to join our growth team under Centre of Excellence operations.

In this role, you will identify new training & development opportunities, relations with colleges and industries, and help drive user acquisition and revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly evolving industry and make a real impact in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and other channels.
  • Pitch Training & Development products and services to potential clients (Engineering Colleges, Universities, Students, Engineering Companies, etc. )
  • Schedule and conduct demos and presentations.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and update CRM tools with client data and sales progress.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide feedback based on client interactions and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (Training & Development Business development role is preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of the EdTech landscape and customer personas.
  • Experience in B2C/B2B sales or inside sales.
  • Proficiency in regional languages like Telugu, Kannada.
