Role: Manager - Sales
Position Overview & Key Responsibilities
We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Manager-Sales to lead our sales team and drive
revenue growth for our luxury villa rental business. The successful candidate will be responsible for
developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and identifying new business
opportunities to exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy
: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase occupancy
rates, and expand our client base
•
Client Relationships
: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including high-end
travelers, travel agents, and corporate clients
•
New Business Development
: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new
markets, clients, and partnerships
•
Revenue Managemen
t: Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing and
inventory management
•
Marketing Partnerships
: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing
campaigns and promotions
•
Sales Performance
: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
and implementing strategies to drive growth
•
Industry Networking
: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, attending industry events and conferences to build relationships and identify new opportunities
Requirements
:
•
Education
: Master's degree Business (Preferred but not mandatory)
•
Experience
: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or a related field, with a proven
track record of driving revenue growth
•
Skills
:

Communication
: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build
strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Sales Acumen
: Strong sales acumen, with ability to identify new business opportunities
and close deals

Industry Knowledge
: Familiarity with the luxury villa rental market, including industry trends and competitor analysis
