Job Title: Sr.Manager/Manager - Performance Marketing – EdTech

About Us

MOSart Labs is an edtech company specializing in higher education programs in VLSI and Semiconductor Design, in collaboration with IIT Bhubaneswar. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager
who can lead our digital marketing initiatives across paid and organic channels to drive growth.

Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Campaign Management
    : Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across
    Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
    , and other platforms with a
    proven track record of achieving ROI
    .

  • Strategy & Planning
    : Develop data-driven growth strategies tailored for
    EdTech audiences (students & professionals)
    , backed by a
    proven track record of success
    .

  • SEO & Organic Growth
    : Drive website traffic and organic leads through
    keyword research, SEO optimization, and content strategy
    , demonstrating a
    proven history of ranking improvements and traffic growth
    .

  • Funnel Optimization
    : Manage the entire lead funnel (
    awareness → lead generation → conversions
    ), with a
    proven track record of improving CPL and conversion rates
    .

  • Analytics & Reporting
    : Monitor KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate), run
    keyword analysis
    , and deliver actionable insights with a
    proven ability to optimize campaigns through data-driven decisions
    .

  • Budget Management
    : Allocate and optimize marketing spends with a
    proven history of maximizing ROI within defined budgets
    .

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    : Work with product, design, and sales teams to align marketing strategies, showcasing a
    proven record of successful collaboration
    .

  • Experimentation
    : Run A/B tests for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages with a
    proven track record of scaling winning experiments
    .

  • Team/Agency Management
    : Guide external agencies or junior marketers with a
    proven history of driving performance outcomes through team leadership
    .

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of
    performance marketing experience
    with a
    proven track record in EdTech marketing
    .

  • Strong expertise in
    Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager)
    .

  • Proven ability to scale lead generation campaigns
    while maintaining healthy CPL and CAC.

  • Hands-on experience in
    keyword research, campaign strategy, budget allocation, and performance scaling
    .

  • Strong background in
    SEO optimization with proven results in organic traffic growth
    .

  • Analytical mindset with a
    proven record of turning insights into performance improvements
    .

  • Knowledge of
    marketing automation & CRM tools
    (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.

  • Self-starter with an ownership mindset, with a
    proven track record of thriving in fast-paced EdTech/startup environments
    .

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven success in EdTech or Higher Education performance marketing
    .

  • History of achieving
    target CPL, CTR, and conversion benchmarks
    .

  • Ability to manage
    both paid performance campaigns and organic growth channels
    with measurable results.
