About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven
Business Development Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and market insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct
lead generation & prospecting
through multiple channels including online research, databases, networking, and referrals. - Manage
client relationships
by understanding their needs, providing timely solutions, and ensuring long-term engagement. - Execute
cold calling & email campaigns
to generate qualified leads and set appointments. - Perform
market research & analysis
to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities. - Maintain a strong understanding of the
sales funnel
, tracking leads from initial contact to closing. - Deliver impactful
presentations
and participate in client meetings to pitch services and solutions. - Apply strong
negotiation skills
to close deals and achieve sales targets. - Ensure clear and concise
verbal & written communication
across all client interactions and internal coordination. - Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve overall sales strategy.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on outreach, conversion, and pipeline growth.
