Looking for a " Corporate new business development and strategy leader" for an global conglomerate that has a leading presence across multiple industries- based out of chennai. 10+years experience
Building a pipeline of opportunities within identified sectors
Identifying companies & key decision makers, initiating conversations & meeting such people, convincing them for business alliances with our Group, resulting in opportunities for:
Joint Ventures
Strategic partnerships – technology license, brand license, distribution, etc.
Acquisitions
Organic route
New business incubation
Participate in commercial negotiations
Assist in deal structuring (commercial, tax, regulatory, legal, etc.)
Develop a comprehensive GTM strategy (supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, sales & marketing, etc.)
Facilitate business initiation activities, including recruitment, resource planning, and roll-out of the GTM plan, among others.
