We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Business Development Intern (Sales) to support our growth efforts across the Delhi NCR region. The role offers practical exposure to sales strategy, client meetings, and lead conversion. Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Visit client locations across Delhi NCR for meetings, presentations, and onboarding.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, networking, and online platforms.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches for prospective clients.
  • Follow up with leads, close deals, and maintain a pipeline in CRM tools.
  • Work closely with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Participate in weekly performance reviews and reporting.

Requirements

  • Graduate in BBA / B. Com / BMS / MBA or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally within Delhi NCR (field visits mandatory).
  • High energy, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
