We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Business Development Intern (Sales) to support our growth efforts across the Delhi NCR region. The role offers practical exposure to sales strategy, client meetings, and lead conversion. This is an ideal opportunity for fresh graduates looking to kickstart their career in sales and business development with hands-on field experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Visit client locations across Delhi NCR for meetings, presentations, and onboarding.
- Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, networking, and online platforms.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches for prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads, close deals, and maintain a pipeline in CRM tools.
- Work closely with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and reporting.
Requirements
- Graduate in BBA / B. Com / BMS / MBA or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel locally within Delhi NCR (field visits mandatory).
- High energy, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
