Job Title: Corporate Development & Investor Relations Manager

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, donors, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new funding opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and present investment proposals.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of fundraising activities and results.
  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to drive growth.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in fundraising, investor relations, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the IT Services & Consulting industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in developing and managing relationships with investors and stakeholders.
