Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Trainer located in Chennai. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, conducting workshops, assessing training needs, creating training materials, and providing coaching to participants. The role also involves evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience in designing and delivering training programs

Ability to conduct workshops and provide one-on-one coaching

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Strong skills in assessing training needs and creating training materials

Capability to evaluate training program effectiveness and implement improvements

Experience in corporate training and skill development

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
