Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Software Trainer specializing in Java to train our interns and new joiners. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Java technologies, excellent teaching and mentoring skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand learning sessions.

Experience with Mendix technologies will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver Java training programs for interns and new employees.
  • Create and maintain training materials, assessments, and practical exercises.
  • Conduct hands-on coding sessions and guide learners through real-world projects.
  • Assess trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback and mentoring.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and updates in Java and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align training content with project requirements.
  • Support the onboarding process for new joiners by bridging technical skill gaps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Java Developer or Java Trainer.
  • Strong expertise in Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Mendix technologies (low-code application development) is a strong plus.
  • Exposure to corporate training programs or academic teaching.
  • Knowledge of software development best practices and agile methodologies.
