Title: Recruitment Coordinator / Project Coordinator/

Job Location: Mumbai-Colaba

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to handle end to end recruitment process for Russia operations.
  • Execute job inquiries, job orders end to end, send salary quotations in coordination with HOD to sales team.
  • Handle all email communication related to the Russia sector.
  • Upon receiving of job order, plan, execute the order, have strategy meeting, prepare Minutes of meeting, prepare and circulate the vacancies to agents, associates and sourcing team also source and line up candidates through online portals.
  • Prepare and send interview proposed schedule to clients for approval.
  • Post receiving approval Make necessary interview arrangements by obtaining permissions from government bodies.
  • Ensure all necessary arrangements and logistics are in place for clients during interview campaigns.
  • Travel & Accompany Russian delegates during their visits to India for recruitment campaign (if need be)
  • Share deployment Notifications of candidates with sales team & clients in order to make further arrangements
  • Resolve Candidates grievances by coordinating with candidates and clients and agents
  • Maintain monthly visa Stock.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Russian clients.
  • Share the recruitment status report with clients and sales team on weekly/Monthly basis
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all communication and reports.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate communication.
  • Fluency in Russian, English, and Hindi (both written and verbal).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel across different regions of India as required.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
  • Candidates from non-recruitment backgrounds with strong analytical and learning
