Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in IT Recruitment, Client Coordination, and Vendor Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities:1. IT Recruitment:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions (Sourcing to Onboarding).
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases.
  • Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews based on client requirements.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and technical panels for feedback and closures.
  • Maintain candidate data and track hiring metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).

2. Client Coordination:

  • Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) between clients and internal recruitment team.
  • Understand client manpower needs, project requirements, and role expectations.
  • Share regular hiring status reports and updates with clients.
  • Ensure timely delivery and maintain client satisfaction levels.

3. Vendor Management:

  • Manage and coordinate with third-party vendors and consultancies for candidate sourcing.
  • Evaluate vendor performance based on delivery timelines and quality of profiles.
  • Negotiate terms, rates, and ensure compliance with company/vendor policies.
  • Maintain vendor database and ensure smooth coordination for multiple projects.
