Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive Kaizen's marketing strategy and execution. This role requires a creative thinker with strong communication skills, a flair for design, and proven experience in B2B marketing and event management. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas to elevate our brand presence, engage our community, and build strategic partnerships. Experience in content creation (photo/video) will be a strong bonus.

This is a full-time onsite role based in Goa. Applicants must be located in Goa or willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities

● Brand & Content Marketing:

○ Design engaging, visually appealing marketing materials (social media posts, brochures, event creatives).

○ Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.

● B2B Marketing & Partnerships:

○ Develop and execute outreach strategies for corporate wellness programs and retreats.

○ Build collaborations with corporates, hotels, brands and wellness partners.

● Events & Activations:

○ Conceptualise, plan, and execute wellness events, workshops, and influencer activations.

○ Manage end-to-end event logistics, from planning to on-ground execution.

● Communication & PR:

○ Craft compelling messaging for social media, emailers, newsletters, and press notes.

○ Foster relationships with media, influencers, and thought leaders in the wellness space.

● Performance & Analytics:

○ Track and analyse marketing performance to optimise campaigns.

○ Share regular reports and insights with leadership. Requirements

Requirements

● 3–5 years of marketing experience (wellness, lifestyle, or luxury sector preferred).

● Strong design skills (Canva/Adobe Suite) with an eye for aesthetics.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Proven experience in B2B marketing and event execution.

● Skills or experience in managing virtual/online platforms (webinars, online events, digital communities) preferred.

● Content creation experience (photo/video for social media) is an added bonus.

● Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

● Passion for wellness and community building is a plus.
