2. Requirements

  • Educational qualifications: - Master's degree (MBA) in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related specialization.
  • Experience: - Min 5 years' experience in Digital marketing field. Overall experience of 8+ years in Marketing or related roles within the FMCG Food industry.

  2. Lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive growth across online channels.

  3. Deep expertise in performance marketing, analytics, e-commerce & quick commerce

  4. Digital brand visibility to drive the brand across D2C & marketplaces to drive sales and awareness across all online platforms.

  5. Should have the proven ability to design and execute multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable business result.

4. Duty & Activity required to be performed by this role

A. Performance Marketing:

  • Lead paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other programmatic platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization, data analytics to measure and report performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.).

B. Digital marketing and growth:

  • Developing & executing short- & long-term digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention across D2C, marketplaces, and quick commerce platforms.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, trends, and technologies in the digital landscape.
  • Plan and execute promotional offers, analyze performance reports to measure the impact of digital activities, and prepare an annual digital marketing budget with periodic reviews and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of D2C business planning and forecasting.

C. E-commerce and Marketplace Management: Drive E-commerce/Quick Com visibility, conversions, and bottom line on key platforms such as Amazon Fresh, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Big Basket Now, Zepto, and Flipkart Minutes.

D. Tools/Platforms Exposure required: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Meta ads library, Google searches keyword tool, Google Trends, Google Analytics, WATI, Zendesk, basic Chat GPT/AI, Shopify Plus, Similar Web, Excel is a must, Quick Commerce Analytics, Amazon PI Insights & Canva.

E. Omnichannel Impact: Assist retail (GT and MT) through digital marketing media and performance tracking to ensure overall retail impact.

F. Creative and Communication: Oversee digital ads, content, and collaterals ensuring consistent brand voice and strong engagement.

G. Data and Optimization: Use analytics, attribution, and

experimentation to continuously improve funnel performance and marketing ROI.

Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to digital, media, and brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints.
