. We are looking for a passionate and dynamic
Marketing Assistant
to help build Unseen's brand presence and craft engaging narratives across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing
    marketing strategies and campaigns
    for the hotel, café, and bar.
  • Create and manage
    monthly content calendars
    ; coordinate with creative teams for shoots and content production.
  • Handle
    social media management
    – posting, engagement tracking, and maintaining a consistent brand tone.
  • Support
    event marketing, collaborations, and influencer tie-ups
    to enhance visibility.
  • Coordinate with photographers, designers, and media partners for promotions and brand activities.
  • Manage and update
    marketing collaterals
    , online listings, and brand materials.
  • Assist with
    email marketing, digital ads, and campaign performance reports
    .
  • Conduct
    market and competitor research
    to identify new trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of marketing experience in
    hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B brands
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Instagram, Meta, and digital marketing trends
    .
  • Creative eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of
    Canva, photography, or video editing tools
    is a plus.
  • Flexible, proactive, and eager to work in a fast-paced creative environment.
