Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Head to lead the marketing function for Melhor Group in Goa. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate or lifestyle marketing, with proven expertise in developing strategies, driving campaigns, and leading a diverse marketing team. This role requires balancing strategic vision with execution while ensuring strong brand positioning and measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for brand building, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Manage and mentor a marketing team including Performance Marketers, Digital Marketers, Graphic Designers, and Social Media Managers.
  • Oversee digital channels (SEO, SEM, paid ads, social media, email, automation) and offline channels (events, exhibitions, print, outdoor branding).
  • Collaborate with sales and CRM teams to align marketing activities with business goals and revenue targets.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to refine positioning and campaign strategies.
  • Manage budgets, track ROI, and prepare performance reports for leadership.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all communication touchpoints.
  • Build partnerships and drive innovative campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelors/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in real estate, luxury, or lifestyle industries.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of marketing professionals (digital, creative, performance).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and automation platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
  • Exposure to Goa's real estate market will be an added advantage.
