We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven Sales & Marketing Head to lead our advertising and marketing operations for the newspaper and digital media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize advertisement revenue, build strong client relationships, and enhance the brand presence of our media house.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve and exceed advertising revenue targets.
  • Identify and build relationships with corporate clients, government departments, agencies, and local businesses for print and digital advertisements.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing team to ensure consistent performance and achievement of goals.
  • Create and pitch customized advertising packages and sponsorship opportunities for clients.
  • Coordinate with the editorial and design teams to ensure timely execution of ad placements and promotional content.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (minimum 5–6 years) in advertising sales, media marketing, or business development, preferably in a newspaper, magazine, or media organization.
  • Strong network of contacts with advertisers, agencies, and brands.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to strategize, lead a team, and meet revenue targets.
  • Knowledge of media planning, ad sales cycles, and brand promotion techniques.

Job Type: Full-time
