What you'll own
- Within your first 30 days:
Set up and launch a complete webinar funnel
(registration → reminders → live lead routing → T+0/T+1/T+2 follow-ups)
including email and WhatsApp automations
(ActiveCampaign/MailerLite + Interakt/WhatsApp API). - Build & optimize
conversion funnels
(lead magnet → webinar/VSL → booking → purchase → onboarding/upsell) on FlexiFunnels (or similar). - Implement
tracking & attribution
(GA4, GTM, UTMs, Looker Studio). - Run
Meta & Google/YouTube ads
end-to-end: structure, budgets, testing, scaling to target CAC/ROAS. - Shoot, edit, publish
short-form content (reels/shorts/stories) with a weekly content calendar. - Partner with Sales on
speed-to-lead
, CRM hygiene, and revenue handoffs. - Ship weekly
growth reports
and run ongoing CRO/A/B tests across pages, copy, and pricing.
What success looks like (KPIs)
- CPL & CAC within target;
payback ≤45 days
on core offers. - Booking rate
(lead→consult) ≥10–20%;
show-up
≥65–75%. - ROAS:
Meta (warm) ≥2–3x; Google Search ≥3–4x (target-CPA aligned). - Email open ≥28–40%, CTR ≥3–6%; WhatsApp read ≥85%, booking CTR ≥8%.
