Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead our client servicing efforts, develop and execute digital marketing strategies, drive business development, and manage our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and experience in team management and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Servicing:

  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

  3. Understand client goals and objectives, and develop tailored digital marketing strategies

  4. Provide exceptional customer service and support

  5. Digital Marketing Strategies:

  6. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans (SEO, social media, email, etc.)

  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

  8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts

  9. Branding Strategies:

  10. Develop and implement branding strategies to enhance client visibility and reputation

  11. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels

  12. Business Development:

  13. Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads

  14. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients

  15. Pitch and present digital marketing services to new clients

  16. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business growth targets

  17. Team Handling:

  18. Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals

  19. Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members

  20. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment

  21. SOP Structuring:

  22. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for client servicing, digital marketing processes, and business development

  23. Ensure SOPs are up-to-date and compliant with industry regulations

  24. Reporting and Analysis:

  25. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on client account performance and business growth

  26. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

  27. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients, internal teams, and management

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, client servicing, business development, or a related field

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, social media, email, etc.)

  • Excellent communication, project management, and sales skills

  • Experience in team management and leadership

  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights

  • Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and business acumen skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency

  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM software

  • Certification in digital marketing or a related field

  • Proven track record of business growth and client acquisition
