Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Monitor daily performance metrics, generate weekly and monthly reports, and share insights with the team
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
  • Optimize ad spend and conversions to achieve target CPL (Cost per Lead) and ROI
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform changes
  • Support broader marketing initiatives including SEO, email marketing, and remarketing strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 1-4 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics
  • Good understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, and other performance metrics
  • Exposure to the real estate sector and understanding of property buyer behavior is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Knowledge of landing page tools (Webflow, WordPress) and marketing automation platforms is a plus
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience running real estate lead generation campaigns with proven results
  • Ability to work with design tools (Canva, Figma) for ad creatives and landing page suggestions
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) for tracking leads and conversions
