Marketing & Branding Manager

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Develop and execute strategies to market and sell luxury real estate properties in goa.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the buying process.
  • Collaborate with marketing, support, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to clients and stakeholders.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on earning high incentives.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase our brand visibility and engagement across all platforms.

  • Utilize RTP intelligence to tailor content and interactions to our audience's preferences in real-time, enhancing user engagement and loyalty.

  • Oversee and optimize our use of the WhatsApp API for marketing, ensuring our campaigns are innovative and effective.

  • Lead coordination efforts with our external social media agency to ensure strategic alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.

  • Drive branding initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging that aligns with our company values and market positioning.

  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.

*Requirements:*

  • 6-8 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in a similar industry.

  • Expert knowledge of RTP intelligence and WhatsApp API marketing.

  • Exceptional proficiency in English, with superior communication and copywriting skills.

  • Must hold a Postgraduate and Undergraduate degree from reputable universities, obtained through regular courses (not open/distance learning).

  • Demonstrated ability to craft and implement effective marketing and branding strategies.

  • Experience coordinating with social media agencies and managing cross-functional collaborations effectively.
