Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition professional. The Talent Acquisition specialist will be responsible for the full-life cycle recruiting process which includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Additional responsibilities include enhancing employer branding, coordinating recruitment efforts, and engaging with candidates throughout their journey.

Qualifications

  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
  • Experience in Interviewing and Hiring
  • Proficiency in Employer Branding
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus
