Executive TA

Total experience required: 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or consultancy)

Qualification: MBA HR

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand hiring requirements and design a souring strategy to close the positions as per tat.
  • Create and publish job postings on various job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Source candidates using online platforms, internal databases, and employee referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems.
  • Conduct background checks and assist in offer and onboarding process
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
  • Maintain candidate experience by providing timely feedback and updates
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment drives
