Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive - Talent Management at Aerolloy Technologies Limited, located in Lucknow. The role involves designing and implementing talent management strategies, leading initiatives related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and career development, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The Senior Executive will oversee workforce planning, drive performance management systems, and support leadership development programs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and providing expert advice on best practices in HR processes and industry trends will be an integral part of the role.

• Proven experience in Talent Management, Recruitment, and Workforce Planning
• Strong skills in Employee Engagement, Career Development, and Leadership Development
• Expertise in Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Change Management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to design and implement strategic HR programs aligned with business needs
• Experience with cutting-edge HR technologies and tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Key Responsibilities

Executive – Human Resources (Talent Management)
will be responsible for driving the full employee lifecycle at Aerolloy Technologies Limited (a PTC Group company), with a strong focus on
recruitment, onboarding, exit management, and employee engagement
.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract high-quality talent across functions. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, source through diverse channels, conduct assessments and interviews, and ensure a seamless selection and offer process. Maintain a healthy talent pipeline through proactive networking, institutional partnerships, and use of digital platforms.

Onboarding & Integration:

Design and deliver structured onboarding programs to ensure smooth assimilation of new employees. Manage orientation, documentation, and induction processes while fostering early engagement with company culture and values.

Employee Lifecycle & Exit Management:

Administer the complete employee lifecycle, from joining to separation. Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition trends, and recommend retention and engagement strategies.

Employee Engagement & Welfare:

Plan and execute engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and welfare activities that strengthen morale and productivity. Support health, safety, and well-being programs in alignment with company policies.

Talent Analytics & Compliance:

Track recruitment and HR metrics, analyze data for decision-making, and ensure compliance with all labor laws and internal processes.
