  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine job requirements, qualifications, and skill sets for non-IT positions.
  • Develop and implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to source and identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and recruitment best practices.
  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related (or equivalent experience). *Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition(NON-IT), preferably in Bulk Hiring and Niche Hiring for Non-IT Profiles.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing strategies and recruitment channels.
  • Strong understanding of non-IT job roles and industry requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
