Total experience required: 5-6 Years
Qualification:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–6 years of experience in in-house or corporate recruitment
- Proven track record of handling mid to senior-level hiring
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
Male or Female: Male
Industry preference: Retail, Logistics, FMCG, Telecom, BFSI, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for in-house positions across departments (Fleet, IT, Operations, Support, SCM etc.)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop hiring strategies
- Create and post job descriptions across relevant job portals and social media platforms
- Source candidates using job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), employee referrals, and internal databases
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job criteria and organizational fit
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with functional heads and leadership
- Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback
- Drive offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple roles simultaneously
