About the Role:

We are looking for a young, dynamic, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate thrives in a target-driven environment, enjoys interacting with people, and possesses strong communication and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert potential leads into enrollments through effective communication (calls, WhatsApp, emails).
  • Deliver engaging, ethical, and persuasive sales pitches.
  • Guide students in making informed career choices related to tech and upskilling programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly enrollment targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate in any stream (pass-out years: 2021–2024).
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the education or edtech sector.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly ambitious, self-motivated, and driven by results.
  • Strong integrity, discipline, and professionalism in every interaction.
  • Eager to grow into Sales Head or Business Leadership roles in a fast-growing startup environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
