Admission Counsellor (EdTech) – Online/Remote

Remote | Full-time / Part-time

Asistaa Intellitech, a leading digital and performance marketing agency, is expanding its educational wing to provide industry-relevant training for learners across India. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students, understand their needs, and help them enroll in our online training programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries from prospective students.
  • Counsel students about course offerings, career benefits, and training outcomes.
  • Guide applicants through the admission and enrollment process.
  • Maintain follow-ups with leads to ensure maximum conversion.
  • Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to align counseling with course updates.
  • Maintain student data and update CRM/records regularly.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in counseling, admissions, sales, or a similar role (EdTech preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/English proficiency; regional language is a plus).
  • Ability to understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses.
  • Goal-oriented with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Laptop/PC with a stable internet connection.
