Next Step Edu, in collaboration with India's top universities, offers UGC-recognized online degree programs for working professionals and students. We are building a strong network of admission counsellors to connect learners with the right career-focused programs.

Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic Freelance Admission Counsellors who can leverage their network, interact with potential students, and guide them towards enrolling in online degree programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to prospective students (working professionals, UG/PG aspirants).
  • Counsel and guide them on suitable online degree programs.
  • Share program details, address queries, and assist with admission formalities.
  • Work closely with the Next Step Edu team for training, updates, and admissions support.
  • Leverage personal/professional networks to generate leads and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and counseling skills.
  • Prior experience in student admissions, counselling, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to generate leads through own network (students, working professionals, coaching centres, institutions, etc.).
  • Self-motivated and result-driven.
  • Comfortable working on flexible hours as per convenience.
