Role Overview:

We are looking for a Freelance Career Counsellor who is already associated with a school, college, or educational institute and has an active network among students. The role involves guiding students in making informed career decisions and connecting them with suitable higher education opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with students (Grades 9–12/UG/PG) to provide career guidance and mentorship.
  • Conduct awareness sessions, workshops, and one-on-one counseling (online/offline).
  • Promote and inform students about various higher education programs and online degrees.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact between students, parents, and Next Step Edu.
  • Leverage your institutional network to generate interest and participation.

Requirements:

  • Must be associated with a school/college/institute as a faculty, mentor, or administrator.
  • Strong network and rapport with students.
  • Prior experience in counseling, mentoring, or teaching is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about helping students explore career opportunities.
