Are you passionate about helping students achieve their educational goals? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Freelance Admission Counselor to join our team. As a freelance admission counselor, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the college admission process and helping them make informed decisions about their academic future. Your role will be crucial in driving the success of our recruitment efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and engage potential students through various channels, including social media, networking events, and educational fairs.
- **Information Sessions**: Conduct virtual or in-person informational sessions to educate prospective students about our institution’s offerings and admission process.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights and enhance recruitment strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in admissions counseling, educational consulting, or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and families from diverse backgrounds.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms, such as video conferencing and CRM systems.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and meet performance targets.

**Compensation**:

- **Incentive-Based**: Earn a commission for each successful sale or conversion, with the potential for high earnings based on performance.

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Weekend only

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
