**Course Promotion & Sales**:

- **Counselling & Guidance**:

- Provide detailed information about available courses, eligibility, fee structure, certifications, and career prospects.
- Counsel students and working professionals to help them choose the right program based on their career goals.
- **Lead Management**:

- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries and conversions using CRM tools.
- **Admission Support**:

- **Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and sales targets.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (education or business background preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in educational counselling, telesales, or academic admissions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience in online education or EdTech sales.
- Familiarity with Amity Online course offerings.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Compensation**: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives

Pay: ₹11,096.57 - ₹25,000.00 per month
