We are looking for a passionate and energetic Admission Counsellor Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who want to build a career in counselling, student admissions, and customer engagement.

  • Guide students and parents about courses, programs, and admission processes.
  • Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Counsel prospective students through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain student records and update admission databases.
  • Support the admission team in organizing orientations, workshops, and events.
  • Achieve enrolment targets as set by the management.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (freshers can apply).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet).
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for guiding and assisting students.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
