- Job Profile-Tele Counsellor (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Job Location-Bhopal

Type-Hybrid and Remote

Gender-Male & Female

Qualification-Min 12 Pass/Graduate/Under graduate/Post Graduate

**Compensation:

- **

OJT (1 Month) Stipend: Rs.7,500

Post-OJT Salary: Rs.15,000/month (Performance-Based)

Incentives: - Rs.10,000 for 15 confirmed admissions - Rs.20,000 for 25 confirmed admissions

**Flexible hours + Remote work**

**Roles & Responsibility-**

1. Call and counsel potential students and parents.

2.Help them explore the right courses and colleges.

3. Follow up, close admissions, and maintain records.

4.Minimum 10 confirmed admissions/month required for full salary payout

**Required-**

1. Are confident on calls and passionate about guiding others

2. Speak Hindi & English fluently

3. Are motivated, punctual, and love helping people
- 4.Have basic computer + internet access

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
