**Role Summary**:
We are currently seeking an Admission Counsellor who is customer-centric and excited by the challenges of a new emerging business environment.

As an Admission Counsellor, you will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. This role requires comfort in making numerous calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage and convert leads for versatile programs offered in collaboration with renowned Universities/Institutes.
- Identify references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
- Maintain real-time updates of lead discussions and conversions on CRM software.
- Adhere to the inside sales process, utilize tools effectively, and manage data efficiently.
- Exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets in terms of revenue and number of enrollments.
- Handle objections and negotiate prices to generate sales revenue.
- Maintain effective communication until the learner is onboarded.

**Skills Required**:

- Preferred Industry Experience: BPO/KPO Ed Tech, Company.
- Age Limit: Up to 30 Years.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency).
- Approachable and vibrant personality.
- Ability to approach any situation with patience and strong empathy.
- Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service consistently.
- Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferable.
