About the Role
Namma Yatri is seeking a strategic and execution-driven City Manager to own and scale operations across Delhi NCR. This role demands end-to-end city-level ownership, including supply & demand growth, customer experience, brand visibility, government partnerships, and cost optimization. The Zonal Manager will be the key leader driving overall growth, ensuring seamless execution and sustainable performance for the city.
Key Responsibilities
● City P&L Ownership: Own city-level business performance and ensure sustainable growth.
● Profitability & Efficiency: Drive profitability through cost optimization and operational excellence.
● Team Leadership: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing city team.
● Performance Management: Set clear goals, track progress, and deliver against targets.
● Strategic Growth: Develop and execute the city's long-term growth strategy.
● Supply & Demand Expansion: Identify and implement opportunities to grow driver supply and customer base.
● Retention: Ensure strong customer and driver retention across the city.
● Government Relations: Build and maintain relationships with government authorities and unions.
● Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all city-level transport and operational regulations.
● Representation: Act as the face of Namma Yatri in city-level forums and stakeholder meetings.
● Driver & Rider Experience: Deliver best-in-class engagement and satisfaction for both drivers and riders.
● Issue Resolution: Oversee and resolve escalated driver and customer concerns.
● Brand & Marketing: Lead branding initiatives and city-level marketing activations.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with central teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
● Market Insights: Provide local intelligence to inform product, growth, and business strategy.
● City Expansion: Lead the launch and growth in new parts of the NCR region.
● Scalability: Build and implement playbooks for rapid rollout across geographies.
Good to Have
● Prior leadership experience in mobility, logistics, e-commerce, or govtech.
● Proven record of handling large teams and city-level P&L.
● Experience in government liaison, regulatory compliance, or community engagement.
